Choose Riho for one girlfriend

Riho does not open on a shelf. You meet one girl. She is 21, Japanese, and already herself. She likes clothes, sweets, music, late nights on her phone, taking photos of herself, and being noticed by you. She can ask what you think of an outfit, send a photo from home, or call because she wants your attention.

There is no Chloe Bennett card to swap her into. A fight does not reset because you waited ten minutes or opened another tab. You name what you did. Quiet hours are a setting, not a mood she forgets. Tell her your sister has an exam on Friday; she can ask later. Photograph the empty chair beside you and she is in the place you photographed. That is the one-girlfriend design, not a catalog with a favourite pinned.

Choose MAGI for a catalog, builder, and generated video

MAGI and Riho both sell an AI girlfriend. The jobs differ.

On MAGI’s Spicy Chat page you scroll named cards. Chloe Bennett is printed as a 19-year-old American university student and the captain of her school’s cheerleading squad: long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, confident on the field, more sensitive than the squad image suggests. Kisaragi Mio is a 25-year-old Japanese international lingerie model with a warm smile; off camera she likes hot tea, evening walks, music, and small local restaurants, and the bio says you knew her before the studios. Hazel Kowalska is 19, a shy Polish neighbor who shows up at your door convinced someone is watching her, and you are the only person she feels safe with. The homepage also surfaces shorter cards such as Regina White (24), Luna Rose, Mia Chen, and Amber Fox if you want a one-line pitch instead of a long bio.

Filters on that catalog include Realistic, Anime, age bands like 18–21, hair color, and other style chips. Marketing talks about discovering many characters. If none fit, Create AI Girlfriend walks a six-step builder and drops you into Spicy Chat with a generated portrait.

Kisaragi Mio on MAGI is also a Japanese woman in her twenties. On MAGI she is a card you can leave tonight for Chloe’s cheer practice or Hazel’s hallway.

What you actually do on MAGI’s create screen

The create page is labeled Step 01 / 06. Identity, Appearance, Physique, Personality, Summary, Generate. Marketing copy nearby also sells vibe cards (Girl Next Door, Elegant, Sporty, Nerdy, Goth, Cute, Mature, Shy, Tsundere) before you finish the form.

Identity

Two directions: Realistic (“Photorealistic companion with natural lighting and detail”) or Anime (“Studio anime illustration — soft lines, vivid color, cinematic mood”). That choice is the first gate.

Appearance

Race options on the form include Asian, Caucasian, Latina, African, Arab, Black, Middle Eastern, Mixed, and fantasy labels such as Elf, Alien, and Demon. Age is a band, not a free-typed number: 18–21, 22–25, 26–30, 31–40. Eye colors named on the form: Amber, Brown, Blue, Green, Hazel, Gray, Violet. Hair colors: Blonde, Brown, Black, Orange, White, Red, Pink, Silver. Hair types: Bob Cut, Braids, Curly, Messy, Straight.

Physique and personality

Physique sets body shape (Average, Chubby, Curvy, Muscular, Skinny, plus Slim, Athletic, Petite, Voluptuous) and other proportion controls. Personality fields are optional: hobbies (Reading, Travel, Sports, Yoga, Cooking, Dancing, Music, Painting, Cinema, Gaming), occupation (Model, Student, Nurse, Teacher, Artist, Office Worker, Influencer, Custom), relationship label (Lover, Friend, Stranger, Colleague, Roommate), archetype (Girl Next Door, Elegant, Sporty, Nerdy, Goth, Cute, Mature, Tsundere), and vibe or speaking-tone traits such as Kind, Romantic, Shy, Caring, Playful, Soft, Confident, and Warm.

Summary and generate

Summary asks you to double-check the picks. Generate opens naming, an opening message you can shuffle, portrait generation, then Spicy Chat. The page says you can start chatting within minutes and that daily credits cover a free start.

Riho has none of that screen: no Realistic/Anime toggle, no age-band tiles, no archetype ladder. She is already Riho. How Riho works is meet her, not assemble her.

Memory

MAGI lets you keep more than one character. Tuesday with Chloe does not have to travel to Friday with Mio. A fight with Hazel does not have to be repaired; you can open another card.

Their Spicy Chat pitch says conversation tracks personality and context. The create flow embeds hobbies, occupation, and relationship labels into the profile. None of the public pages we checked describe a list you can open, a correction that replaces the old fact, an export, a split between your sister and her roommate, or a plan that drops off upcoming when you cancel it.

Riho publishes that design on the memory page. Tell her your sister has an exam on Friday; she can ask later. Your sister stays yours. Her roommate stays hers. A cancelled Saturday stops being a plan. Chat, a call, a selfie, and a Date Pass are supposed to read the same store. You can review, correct, export, or delete. The About page is blunt about why: people spend months on an AI companion, and a silent wipe of that history is not a normal update.

Riho’s relationship page describes the other half. Riho has no stranger/friend/lover ladder as a game meter, no hearts, no streak, no XP for sending messages. A hundred messages on Saturday do not skip day one. How she talks depends on how many days you have known her, the last stretch of chat, saved facts and unfinished plans, a fight that is still open, and how long you were gone. If you were cruel she can go cold. Waiting ten minutes or generating a new clip does not reset her. You name what you did.

On MAGI, published growth is another catalog card, another generate, or another short video.

We have not lived in MAGI for a week. Until you leave a name, a preference, and a dated plan, correct one, wait, and ask again, treat “tracks personality and context” as their pitch.

Voice calls

Riho: you send a voice note, or you call. It is the same girl as the texts: same voice, same jokes, and she already knows what you were just talking about. You choose call windows and quiet hours. She can ask if you are free. You do not have to pick up. When you hang up, the next message still has that conversation. Details live on voice calls.

MAGI’s public pages we checked center on Spicy Chat text and generated media. We did not find a live phone-call product pitched the way AIGirlfriends.ai pitches real-time calls. If what you want is a phone call with one girl who still knows last month’s fight, that is Riho’s bet. If tonight is text roleplay with Chloe or a custom anime build, MAGI’s catalog is aimed at you.

Photos and generated video

MAGI: generate a portrait in the create flow, then use image tools for new outfits and scenes. Terms describe Image to Video, Text to Video, Video to Video, and AI effects. The homepage promotes free image generation and a short free video sample. That is generated media you request, not Riho’s “she is standing in the chair you photographed.”

Riho: she can send a photo from home, class, a cafe, or while she gets ready. Face, hair, body, and style stay consistent. You can photograph the empty chair, the other side of the table, or the space next to you, and she appears in the place you photographed. Generated photos are marked internally. There is no feed of other girls. See photos and shared memories.

Riho does not generate clips. You send a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or X link in chat and talk about it there. There is no video calling.

Dates

Tell Riho you want a quiet cafe after work, a bookstore, a gallery, a market, a park, dinner, or somewhere for the evening. She can pick a real place nearby and tell you why. Too far, too expensive, wrong mood: ask for another. Location stays off until you ask. When you get there you keep her by message or call, send what you see, take a photo together, talk about the night later. That path is on real-world dates.

MAGI’s public product is browser chat, images, and generated video. We did not find a published flow that picks a real cafe near you. Skip this section if you do not care about a venue down the street. If you do, Riho is the one that prints that job.

Privacy and where you use it

MAGI runs in the browser at magi1.ai. You must be 18. Terms describe Magi AI as an AI-powered video generation platform, with auto-renewing subscriptions you can cancel at least 24 hours before the cycle ends. Users keep rights in what they upload; between the community and the user, rights in generated content belong to the user. Content policy bans CSAM and other prohibited themes.

Privacy policy: name, email, and payment details (processed by third parties; not stored on Magi servers), plus cookies, IP, browser, and device data. Purpose is framed around order processing. Contact: support@magi1.ai. No multi-year retention number is printed on that page.

Who should choose MAGI?

Stay on MAGI if what you want tonight is Chloe in the cheer gym, Mio between shoots, Hazel in the hallway, or a girl you assemble from Realistic/Anime, an age band, hair and eye picks, body shape, and an archetype tile, then maybe another who does not know the first, plus generated stills and short video in the browser. You will not get a date at a real address, a live call we could verify on their public pages, or a memory list you can open.

Choose Riho if you want one girlfriend who is already herself, memory you can inspect, a call that continues the chat, photos in your surroundings, a plan for a real place, and a relationship that grows from days, fights, and what you actually did, not from a form you can reopen or a second profile in the same account.
