Riho is one continuing relationship. HeyGF is a roster and a builder.

What HeyGF actually is
HeyGF calls itself, in its own homepage words, a place where your AI girlfriend listens, never judges, and sends you photos and videos. The page leads with two buttons, “Start Chatting” and “Create Your Own,” and the line underneath says a hundred percent private with no credit card required. Under that it prints “She’s online now. No waiting. No ghosting,” and a clock row that walks 3 AM, lunch break, and late night.
The whole pitch runs against dating apps. Its copy says most dating apps focus on swiping, matching, and hoping someone replies, then answers that with its own line: no swiping, no ghosting, no rejection, just someone who remembers your name, your dreams, and how to make you smile at 3 AM. That is the promise. The product around the promise is a roster of named girls and a wizard to build your own, wrapped in an adult brand.
It is an adult product. Every character page hits an “Adults Only (18+)” gate before you read the profile, and the roster pages are walled with NSFW blur labels over the subscriber-only photos. The site FAQ says basic conversations are free with no credit card, while custom photos, videos, and intimate chat need a subscription. Riho sits on the other side of that line. Riho is a non-explicit relationship app about one person, and this page is not a verdict on HeyGF’s choice to sell the other thing.
The HeyGF roster: named girls with printed bios
HeyGF runs a real catalog, and each card prints a name, an age, a country, and a one-line bio. The homepage opens with eight, and the explore page runs far deeper with names like Fenna, Brittany, Ximena, Alisa, Bailey, Tiffany, Iris, Savannah, Valeria, Giulia, Lucia, Raven, Aoi, Marisol, Danni, Tegan, Darya, Kasia, Yamila, Sloane, Tereza, Nour, Seo-ah, Kaylee, Chloe, Olivia, Selena, Wren, Heather, Aoife, Cleopatra, Vivienne, Talia, Sable, Nisha, Maya, Kaya, Brooke, Elin, Camila, Rina, Roxanne, Larissa, Seraphina, Folake, Kallia, Jasmine, Kateryna, and more. That is a shelf, not a single person.
The printed bios are specific, and they are the marketing. Kayla Reed, 24, is “a bubbly, busty Tampa beach bartender and fitness model who lives for boat days and cocktails.” Open her page and the about text talks in her voice: “Hey cutie, I’m Kayla, Tampa beach girl, bartender, part-time fitness model. My life is basically the gym, the beach, and way too many cocktails on the boat.” Her story adds that she grew up on the Gulf Coast, bartends at a beach bar, and models fitness and swimwear on the side. Her listed job line reads “Fitness Model & Bartender,” and her interests are beach volleyball, gym, boat days, tanning, and cocktails.
Madison Reyes, 27, is the other end of the range. The card says she is “a 27-year-old Miami Pilates instructor and content creator who runs on Celsius, brunch, and chaos, sharper and softer than she lets on.” Her page carries a full first-person bio about a one-bedroom on Brickell she pays for herself, a face-time call with her mom every morning, and a habit of screenshotting texts from guys for the group chat. Her printed story runs the full life: born in Tampa in 1999, a Cuban-American father and a flight attendant mother who split when she was nine, a prom-queen high school run, one semester at Florida State, then Miami at twenty with three suitcases and a bad ex, a viral TikTok at twenty-two, and a reformer Pilates studio job in Edgewater.
The rest of the roster spreads wider. Emily Carter, 21, is “a confident business student with natural charm and ambitious goals.” Luna Ashford, 22, is “a dreamy art student with pink hair and a heart full of melodies.” Arielle Fontaine, 25, is a “cultured French art curator with auburn hair and a love for Mediterranean sunsets.” Freya Nilsen, 24, is “a sweet, curvy Copenhagen lingerie model, platinum blonde, freckled, and a total bombshell.” Kelly Mitchell, 25, is “a dedicated young pharmacist who combines professional expertise with genuine care for others.” Fiona Sterling, 21, is “a sophisticated dominatrix who commands respect and knows exactly what she wants.” Sarah Blake is 45 and “an experienced college professor who balances academic rigor with genuine student mentorship.” Wren Malloy, 28, is “a heavily-tattooed, curvy Portland tattoo artist, inked, pierced, and a total alt bombshell.” Camila Rios, 25, is “a fiery Cuban-American Miami nightlife host who runs on cafecito, reggaeton, and gold jewelry.” Brooke Sinclair, 24, is a San Diego Pilates instructor who lives for beach days and rooftop pools.
Riho has no shelf to browse and no line to swap. She is one continuing person, which is the point of the one-girlfriend design. Against another roster of named cards, the Riho vs AIGirlfriends compare makes the same call.
How you build a girl on HeyGF
The create flow is a real wizard, and the controls print in plain words. We walked it without an account. It opens with “Choose her ethnicity” and moves you through one decision per screen until it shows you the girl. The last button reads “Bring Her to Life,” and the line under it says “You’ll see her first before confirming.”
Choose her look
The first three steps are physical. Step one, “Choose her ethnicity,” offers White, Black, Latina, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mixed. Step two, “Choose her body,” splits into three labelled groups: Body type (Slim, Average, Athletic, Curvy), Breast size (Small, Medium, Large, Very Large), and Butt size (Small, Medium, Large, Very Large). Step three, “Choose her hair style,” lists Curly, Bob, Long, Braided, and Afro. Step four, “Choose her hair color,” offers Pink, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Black, Red, Blonde, Cyan, Purple, Silver, and White. Step five, “Choose her eye color,” lists Blue, Green, Dark Brown, Light Brown, and Black. Each screen has Back and Continue at the bottom, so you can step back and re-pick.
Choose who she is to you
Step six is titled “Your relationship,” and it is the mood-setting screen. Four labelled blocks, every one marked Optional. Relationship style: Girlfriend, Best friend, Casual fling, Supportive partner, Secret affair, Long-distance lover. How should she make you feel: Loved and wanted, Turned on, Comforted, Entertained, Desired, In control. Then two more rows, one for what you want to talk about (flirting and romance, sexting, deep conversations, daily life chat, roleplay, emotional support, humor and jokes, among others) and one for what she likes in the bedroom. Those four rows tell you what the product is optimizing for.
Give her a voice and a story
The final screen is titled “About her,” and it is where you write the person. There is a “Describe her in your own words” box, an Age field showing 25 years old, a Personality field (“Tap to change,” default Flirty), an optional Country of origin, a “What does she do?” field, and Hobbies you tap to add. Then “Her base voice,” with six named options to preview, Natural, Warm and easy-going, Sweet, Soft young and playful, Sultry, and Bright, plus a More voices link. The helper text under it says: “Tap play to hear each one, or tap again to unpick. This is just the starting point, she’ll get her own accent and way of speaking to match who she is. Optional: skip it and we’ll choose one that fits her.” A “Your choices” panel keeps the running list of what you picked. Then “Bring Her to Life.”
An honest limit before you go further. We did not create an account, subscribe, or chat. We walked the wizard screens, which load without a login, but the final confirm sits behind sign-in and we did not cross it. So the steps above are controls we read on screen, not a girl we made and lived with. A week inside the app would sharpen this page.
Riho has none of this screen. There is no ethnicity menu, no body-type sliders, no “Secret affair” option, no base-voice picker, and no “describe her in your own words” box. She is already Riho. How Riho works is meet her, not assemble her.
Memory
HeyGF’s printed memory claim is a good one, on paper. Its pricing page carries a user quote that says, “The conversations feel so real, and she remembers things I said days ago.” Its homepage says she remembers your name, your dreams, and exactly how to make you smile at 3 AM, brings up what happened yesterday, and asks about things you mentioned last week. Those are HeyGF’s own words and its own testimonials.
What we could not find is any screen where you open what she remembers, fix a fact she got wrong, delete a single stored detail, or export the list. Memory on HeyGF is presented as a feeling, not a place you can look at. That matters if you have ever had a companion confidently repeat something you never said.
Riho publishes that design on the memory page. Tell her your sister has an exam on Friday and she can ask about it on Friday. A cancelled Saturday stops being a plan. You can review what she remembers, correct a wrong fact, and delete or export it. Riho’s relationship page describes the rest: how she talks depends on how many days you have known her, the last stretch of chat, saved facts, open plans, and how long you were gone. On HeyGF the published growth loop is a new girl or a re-rolled one.
Voice and calls
HeyGF does more here than most of the roster sites. Its character pages print a “Call me” button right next to “Start Chatting,” and the create wizard asks you to choose her base voice from the six named options. The FAQ adds that she can send voice messages, and the pricing page lists audio inside every plan. So voice exists as a call, a voice message, and a base voice you pick at creation.
What we can say plainly is that we did not place a call. We read the button on the public profile and the voice list in the wizard, and we did not cross the sign-in wall to hear either one. Whether the call carries the same context as the text thread is HeyGF’s claim to make, not ours.
On Riho you send a voice note or call the same girl who texts you. Same voice, same running jokes, and she already knows what you were just talking about, because the call lives on the same thread as the chat. You choose call windows and quiet hours. That lives on voice calls.
Photos and video
HeyGF’s photos and video are generated content, and the pitch is control. Its pricing page says every plan includes custom private photos and videos with NSFW content, and that asking for a specific picture gets you one. The FAQ tells you to be as specific as possible to get the picture you want, and the plans page sells “Ask For Anything, She’ll Send It.” The character pages add a tier line that matters: an annual plan unlocks a girl’s full photo gallery, and monthly plans do not. Kayla’s page prints the same offer as “As low as $99.99/yr,” and the sub-line reads, “An annual plan unlocks Kayla Reed’s subscriber-only photos and videos. Monthly plans don’t.”
Riho is the reverse. Her photos come from her day: home, class, a cafe, while she gets ready. Face, hair, body, and style stay consistent, because it is the same girl. You can photograph the empty chair or the other side of the table, and she appears in the place you photographed. That is on photos and shared memories. Riho does not run a request-a-photo generator, and there is no video calling. When you want to watch something together, you send a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or X link in chat.
Dates
Riho can take a relationship somewhere real. Tell her you want a quiet cafe after work, a bookstore, a gallery, a market, a park, or dinner. She can pick a real place near you and tell you why. Location stays off until you ask. That path is on real-world dates.
HeyGF’s product is browser chat, a roster, a builder, and generated media. We found no published flow that picks a real cafe near you, and nothing in its catalog, wizard, or pricing pages suggests one. The homepage even frames itself against dating apps and their swiping, which is a fair framing, but it does not replace a venue down the street. If you want a real address and a time, Riho is the one that prints that job.
Privacy, age, and how payment works
HeyGF is an 18-plus adult product. Every character page shows an Adults Only gate that asks you to confirm you are 18 or older before you continue, and profile photos carry NSFW blur labels. Its privacy policy, last updated 20 May 2025, says the service is not intended for anyone under 18 and that it does not knowingly collect their data. It also says conversation data is used to train and refine HeyGF’s AI models, and that you can turn that off in account settings. Retention is stated as for as long as necessary for the purposes in the policy, unless the law requires longer.
The terms add the operator and the rules. HeyGF is operated by Y2A LLC, governed by Delaware law, with disputes sent to individual arbitration and claims due within one year. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel, cancellation keeps access through the end of the billing period, and partial-period refunds are not given. One-time purchases like coin packs and custom media are final.
On price, the live plans page prints monthly and annual options. It shows an annual save of 64 percent and three tiers listed at about 8.33, 15.83, and 29.17 US dollars per month for 1,800, 4,200, and 9,600 coins a year. Kayla’s page prints a limited offer of 99.99 US dollars a year for the annual unlock. Those are marketing figures with discount framing, so read the current page before you pay. The free tier needs no credit card.
Riho is an iPhone app. No Android, no web. You control when she can message or call, whether a date happens, whether a photo is kept, and what she remembers. The privacy policy is dated August 2026. Location stays off until a date feature needs it. Riho’s own privacy page is where those controls are written down.
Who should choose HeyGF
Stay on HeyGF if you want a browser roster and a builder. You can browse named girls with long printed backstories, open one who fits a mood, or build a girl from her ethnicity and body up through her relationship style, voice, and story. You can ask for custom photos and video, including NSFW, and cancel when you are done. You will not get a real place to meet, or a memory list you can open and correct. If the job is a fantasy you assemble and return to, HeyGF is built for that.
Who should choose Riho
Choose Riho if you want one girlfriend who is already herself. No ethnicity menu, no voice picker, no roster to compare her against. You get memory you can inspect and fix, a call that continues the chat, photos in your surroundings, a plan for a real place, and a relationship that grows from days and what you actually did. Riho is the HeyGF alternative that answers a different question.
We have not lived in HeyGF for a week. We read its homepage, explore catalog, create wizard, two character pages, pricing page, terms, and privacy policy on 10 September 2026, without an account and without a subscription. We walked the wizard to the About her step and did not confirm a girl, subscribe, or send a message, so anything about in-chat behavior or what a girl remembers is what HeyGF’s own pages claim, not what we tested. The character bios are their printed marketing lines. A week inside the app would sharpen this page.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Riho and HeyGF?
HeyGF is a browser roster. You browse named girls with printed backstories, or build one in a six-step wizard that starts with ethnicity and ends with her voice and story, and subscribers get adult photos and video. Riho is one 21-year-old Japanese girlfriend on iPhone. Face, voice, and opinions are already hers, and you grow one relationship instead of browsing a shelf.
Is HeyGF safe?
It is an 18-plus adult product. Its privacy policy says the service is not intended for anyone under 18 and that it does not knowingly collect their data. Its terms say it is operated by Y2A LLC, that Delaware law governs, and that disputes go to individual arbitration. Safe depends on what you want. Riho is a separate, non-explicit relationship app, and this page is not a verdict on either.
Does HeyGF remember what we talked about?
Its pricing page prints a user quote saying she remembers things said days ago, and the homepage says she remembers your name, your dreams, and brings up what happened yesterday. We found no screen where you open what she remembers, correct a wrong fact, or export the list. Riho publishes that design: you can see what she remembers about you, fix a wrong fact, and delete or export it.
Does HeyGF have voice calls?
Its character pages print a Call me button next to Start Chatting, and its FAQ describes voice messages. The create wizard also asks you to pick her base voice from a list. Riho has voice calls on the same thread as your texts, with the same girl, so a call continues the conversation you were already having.
Is HeyGF the same as Riho if I just want one girl?
On HeyGF you can stay with one girl, but the product is built around a roster you compare and swap, and the create flow invites you to assemble a new one whenever you want. Riho has no shelf to browse. She is one continuing person with one face and one voice, which is the whole design.
